Requirements

Candidates must possess over 5 years of related experience, including 5+ years as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Agile Coach on large-scale, technically complex projects. Mastery of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) as a Release Train Engineer is required, along with relevant SAFe certifications such as RTE and/or SPC. Advanced knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban development methodologies is essential, demonstrating successful execution across extremely complex value streams and effective collaboration with multiple stakeholder teams, including all levels of leadership.

Responsibilities

The Lead Release Train Engineer will serve as the facilitator and coach for a complex Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring alignment with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methods to enhance speed and value in product delivery. Responsibilities include facilitating PI Planning readiness, coaching technical teams, Scrum Masters, business partners, and leadership in Lean-Agile practices, and identifying/remediating dependencies and barriers. The role involves orchestrating synchronized program-level processes, ensuring strategy and execution alignment with stakeholders, driving relentless improvement through Inspect and Adapt workshops, and holding teams accountable for quality and continuous delivery of business value.
