Requirements

BS in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering or related field
7+ years in rapid product development environment that includes engine test, either in chamber, wind tunnel or on aircraft
Proficiency in NX/Teamcenter for product design and engineering
Expertise in CANape or similar CAN environment
Competency with data analysis tools and software (e.g., MATLAB, Python, LabVIEW)
Experience with test stand design, sensors/instrumentation, data acquisition and data processing practices
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities

Responsibilities

Develop test and instrumentation requirements to validate engine performance
Team leadership to build the test team
Work with customers to develop test and integration plans
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to team members
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safe operations
Travel to test sites as needed
