Requirements

  • Subject matter expertise in OPUS and business sales processes
  • Comprehensive business process knowledge and application expertise, particularly in Salesforce for converged business ordering experience
  • Office presence minimum of 5 days per week in Dallas, Texas (no relocation offered)
  • Recognized as an expert with broad and in-depth knowledge to creatively resolve complex issues

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams: Define strategy, technical roadmap, and business cases for rapid delivery of new applications and enhancements, including products, pricing, offers, and promotions
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, providing subject matter expertise on marketing technology platforms, CX solutions, billing systems, and other technical applications
  • Lead technical projects using Agile methodology, including planning, execution, use of standard Agile tools, Epic creation, and User Story development
  • Define requirements, write code, document, create user stories, execute test cases, debug applications, and interact with users for system requirements and modifications
  • Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams, manage system settings, plan and execute testing, and prepare channel readiness documentation
  • Design, develop, and operate technology solutions in support of a Marketing or Product Organization
  • Shape and execute technology strategy, streamline operational support processes, ensure successful delivery and adoption of innovative technology platforms
  • Optimize user experiences, accelerate adoption, and drive tangible business growth
  • Lead significant projects with strategic autonomy, influence executive decisions, mentor less experienced staff, implement long-term plans impacting the organization, and collaborate with senior leadership
