Responsibilities

  • Conduct and analyze investigative studies to evaluate market share, effectiveness of current marketing and sales programs, and feasibility of new products using statistical tools for actionable insights and recommendations
  • Develop and present detailed reports on research findings to marketing management and stakeholders using clear visual aids
  • Collaborate with marketing management to develop and refine marketing plans and programs based on research insights, aligning with strategic goals and market opportunities
  • Provide expert consultation at all levels of marketing to identify new opportunities, capitalize on them, and assess departmental improvements for enhanced marketing effectiveness
  • Design, develop, and implement launch strategies and marketing programs to position products/services, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including continuous monitoring of market trends, secondary data analysis, customer segmentation, journey mapping, and supporting marketing/research functions
