Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, shipping successful products in the Enterprise space (experience building platform capabilities desired)
  • 2+ years working as a lead, principal, or platform product manager, ideally in an empowered product team model
  • Customer-focused mindset with passion for delivering exceptional products that solve customer problems
  • Strategic thinker able to align short-term objectives with long-term roadmap
  • Solid technical understanding and experience in software development (comfortable discussing technical details with engineers without writing code)
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate market insights into actionable product strategies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders and customers at all levels
  • Ability to work 11 am to 7:30 pm IST to accommodate time zone differences across Canada, UK, and India
  • Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with hybrid model requiring 3 days per week in co-working space downtown

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with UX design, customer experience, and sales partners to gather insights on current and prospective enterprise customer needs
  • Work with software and AI engineering teams to develop innovative solutions
  • Own roadmap and drive alignment and excitement across the business and customers
  • Actively engage with enterprise customers to understand needs and align with roadmap
  • With pod leads, define and own outcomes for roadmap, delivering measurable success for enterprise segment
