Requirements

7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, shipping successful products in the Enterprise space (experience building platform capabilities desired)
2+ years working as a lead, principal, or platform product manager, ideally in an empowered product team model
Customer-focused mindset with passion for delivering exceptional products that solve customer problems
Strategic thinker able to align short-term objectives with long-term roadmap
Solid technical understanding and experience in software development (comfortable discussing technical details with engineers without writing code)
Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate market insights into actionable product strategies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders and customers at all levels
Ability to work 11 am to 7:30 pm IST to accommodate time zone differences across Canada, UK, and India
Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with hybrid model requiring 3 days per week in co-working space downtown

Responsibilities

Collaborate with UX design, customer experience, and sales partners to gather insights on current and prospective enterprise customer needs
Work with software and AI engineering teams to develop innovative solutions
Own roadmap and drive alignment and excitement across the business and customers
Actively engage with enterprise customers to understand needs and align with roadmap
With pod leads, define and own outcomes for roadmap, delivering measurable success for enterprise segment
