Requirements

  • 5–10 years of product management experience, including as a full-time employee at an early-stage startup (Seed → Series B)
  • Proven track record building or scaling complex, data-driven systems
  • Experience in healthcare tech, fintech, or workflow automation
  • Comfort working in a hybrid (NYC) environment with close collaboration across disciplines
  • Both strategic and tactical, equally at home in a roadmap discussion or in Figma/Notion refining UX copy
  • Thrive on clarity through execution: prefer to ship and iterate rather than debate hypotheticals

Responsibilities

  • Own the platform roadmap by prioritizing and delivering features across the clinic administration operating system including eligibility, revenue cycle and patient management workflows
  • Translate real-world complexity into clarity: deeply understand complex clinic operations and payer constraints that drive interventional psychiatry treatments, then design scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering, ops, and the CEO to define problems, shape solutions, and ship high-impact releases
  • Ideate and drive delivery of new AI products & features as the company continues to scale
