Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters in Human Factors, Interaction, Industrial or Product Design, Cognitive, Experimental or Behavioral Psychology, Anthropology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 10+ years’ experience in Product Design for large-scale enterprise solutions
  • Experience designing for medical devices or other highly complex cross-platform enterprise solutions
  • Experience with Mobile Applications / Native Apps
  • Experience designing user interfaces for a variety of media (desktop, touch screen, mobile, embedded software, etc.) and different platforms (Android, iOS, etc.)
  • Ability to recognize and distinguish value-add, strategic activities versus “busy work.”
  • Working knowledge of Figma
  • Portfolio is a must

Responsibilities

  • Partner with various stakeholders to deliver web, mobile, touch screen including embedded software on medical devices experiences while supporting the overall roadmap strategy and ensure positive impact to Fresenius patients and healthcare providers
  • Help define project requirements and develop user-centered design solutions to build best-in-class products and delight customers
  • Plan and manage design activities across multiple projects
  • Design and execute generative and evaluative user research activities relevant for maturity of each project in accordance with best User Experience practices
  • Create service blueprints, user journeys, mood and story boards, prototypes, and wireframes
  • Conduct and participate in design reviews and feedback sessions
  • Mentor and coach junior designers
  • Stakeholder management
  • Possess solid understanding of UX processes, tools, and templates
