Requirements

  • Expertise in designing for complex, highly technical products like experimentation platforms
  • Report to Senior Manager of Product Design and collaborate across the organization

Responsibilities

  • Lead product design for the Enterprise Design team, overseeing the work of at least 1-2 other designers
  • Define app and web experiences for enterprise products, taking ownership of large, complex projects and working with cross-functional leads to shape the product vision
  • Contribute to product strategy by leveraging user research, data, and insights, understanding business needs, and innovating within technical constraints
  • Drive the design process and user research strategy across projects, shaping the long-term design direction for large-scale systems
  • Use data to guide design decisions, ensuring measurable, achievable, impactful outcomes
  • Communicate ideas effectively and partner closely with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to execute design solutions
  • Mentor and provide design directions for senior, mid-level designers, and associate designers
