Requirements

  • Deep understanding of financial products
  • Ability to craft intuitive, user-friendly banking experiences that enhance trust, usability, and engagement
  • Great instincts about what users want and how they think, with willingness to use data for product decisions
  • Storytelling skills, both verbally and visually, to create insightful user stories and prototypes that align teams
  • Experience delivering holistic user experiences encompassing technical logic, edge cases, accessibility, product marketing, and success metrics
  • Familiarity with engineering language and ability to balance product scope with engineering effort

Responsibilities

  • Lead design efforts within the Consumer Banking team, shaping digital experiences for our customers
  • Collaborate with engineers, TPMs, Product Marketers, and GMs to align design solutions with business objectives
  • Apply strong UX and UI skills to enhance usability, security, and accessibility in financial products
  • Utilize Figma (or relevant tools) to craft wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Advocate for user-centric design, ensuring banking products are seamless, trustworthy, and easy to use
