Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and ideally have 5-7 years of experience as a Product Designer, with demonstrated leadership experience. Strong skills in user research, information architecture, and prototyping are essential, along with proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Coda, Maze, and Jira. Familiarity with design systems and Salesforce Lightning Design System is also required.
As a Lead Product Designer, you will own a vertical/product area, collaborating with a Product Manager and Tech Lead to make decisions from day one through launch. You will guide less experienced designers, ensuring high standards and facilitating effective design activities. You will lead workshops, articulate design decisions, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with the US team. Within the first 60-365 days, you will contribute to design and product processes, conduct usability testing, build relationships, and drive product roadmap development, ultimately advocating for customers and defining design standards.
