Responsibilities

  • Drive your own projects as a key member of the growing design team
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to define the roadmap
  • Mentor other designers and uplevel the team’s design work
  • Shape the strategy, design vision, and product capabilities in the evolving advertising platform
  • Focus on key areas including campaign planning and creation, audience targeting and optimization, and growth of self-service tooling functionality
  • Ship high-caliber work and contribute to an inspiring, collaborative, and fun design culture
  • Lead high-priority initiatives in the Ad Platforms team
  • Collaborate throughout the design process to ship impactful work
