Requirements
- Deep experience across the full digital product lifecycle, owning the process end-to-end from concept to delivery
- Expert in Figma for high-fidelity UI design, prototyping, and design system maintenance
- Familiarity with Design Systems principles and maintaining a scalable, component-based library
- Deep understanding of responsive design principles and cross-platform (Web, iOS, Android) best practices
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to effectively communicate and collaborate with engineers
- Proficiency in UX for native mobile applications (iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design) (Nice to have)
- Proven ability to facilitate creative workshops, collaborate closely with research teams, and lead the process from journey mapping and wireframing through to prototyping
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and inspire team members
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills for communicating design vision and strategy to clients and executive teams
- Experience in leading design across multiple Agile/Scrum teams

- Collaborate with high-performing teams of creative, technical, and passionate thinkers
- Work directly with clients and cross-functional squads, driving fast, iterative design that turns bold ideas into reality
- Partner with big sports federations and leagues to shape how millions of fans connect with games
- Lead with empathy and energy, keeping fans at the centre of every decision and driving a culture of creativity and excellence
- Balance technical constraints, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain design excellence
