Candidates must have at least 3 years of product design experience with SaaS products, ideally with experience designing complex platforms and B2B-focused products. A strong understanding of modern design tools and trends, particularly Figma, is required, along with a technical grasp of how designs are implemented by engineers.
The Lead Product Designer will lead all aspects of the platform's design, including UI, UX, and graphics. They will collaborate directly with the CEO and product managers to create exceptional designs that differentiate the product, engage with customers for feedback, analyze data to inform design decisions, and ensure designs are practical and enjoyable to use.
