Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of IT Business Analysis experience, preferably in pharma manufacturing or regulated industries
  • Solid background in manufacturing processes and IT systems supporting manufacturing
  • Knowledge and experience in one of the following disciplines: Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and MES integration, or SAP IM/WM
  • Willingness to travel 30% internationally & domestically
  • Preferred
  • Hands-on experience with SAP-based solutions and solid grasp of ERP/MES landscapes
  • Demonstrable ability to capture, document, and manage user stories and functional requirements
  • Experience coordinating with system integrators (Accenture or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the IT liaison for business partners, representing IT in workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design
  • Translate business user stories into technical user stories and ensure alignment with system integrators (Accenture)
  • Support solution design and testing for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and SAP eWM integrations
  • Collaborate with contractors, business users, and system integrators to ensure smooth delivery of releases
  • Serve as the technical spokesperson for J&J IT with Accenture, ensuring solutions meet business and compliance needs
  • Drive and coordinate testing activities across impacted systems and sites
  • Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer are completed in line with program timelines
