7+ years or equivalent experience in game development production, with a significant portion in senior leadership or management roles
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects

Responsibilities

Accountable for the overall success of a product or major aspect of a product or several small products, including budget, timeline, and quality
Develop and implement strategic production plans, potentially incorporating agile methodologies for flexibility and responsiveness
Oversee and manage one or multiple production teams, ensuring effective collaboration and resource allocation
Drive key decision-making processes, resolving complex issues and mitigating risks
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the production teams
Manage communication with executive leadership and other key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and challenges
Mentor and develop Producers and other production staff, helping them grow their skills and leadership capabilities
Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance production efficiency, including advanced project management software that supports agile practices
Manage external relationships with vendors and partners at a strategic level
Help define and manage team structure, recruitment, and staffing needs to ensure the team has the necessary skills and capacity
Act as the primary point of contact for project status, providing clear, concise, and regular updates to executive stakeholders, external partners, and publishing teams
