Requirements

  • Ability to ensure operations maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements at all times
  • Knowledge to ensure areas appropriately support the execution of the production plan for the site
  • Capability to perform tank farm operations, tanker loading/unloading, and railcar loading/unloading
  • Proficiency in carrying out daily monitoring, testing, and cleaning duties on systems to ensure equipment and systems are in good operating condition and maintained per local and corporate regulatory requirements
  • Experience entering Trackwise/Veeva events, participating in and leading CAPA investigations
  • Skills to troubleshoot and diagnose process problems and take appropriate actions to minimize deviations or site impact
  • Understanding of Health, Safety & Environmental-regulated environment and application of Health & Safety/Process Safety standards to execute key/critical GMP duties
  • Understanding of other area processes & their operational hazards and ability to react appropriately
  • Ability to monitor and collect data on equipment use and performance to anticipate potential equipment reliability problems
  • Experience working with Maintenance and Technical Support to respond appropriately to potential issues

Responsibilities
