Requirements

Ability to ensure Molder Operator assignments are filled at the start of the shift
Capability to assign Molder Operator tasks based on daily workload
Proficiency in pulling work orders and tracking completions
Skilled in providing and ensuring accurate use of work instructions, quality documentation, tools, and materials
Ability to print job labels and ensure they are available at the beginning of shift or job
Responsible for all Microsoft AX transfers to ensure inventory accuracy
Knowledge of maintaining a safe, clean work area and following all established safety guidelines and 5S
Experience as 5S Leader for Cell, including implementation, enforcement/adherence (following escalation process), and performing routine audits
Ability to maintain quality in cells by establishing and enforcing organization standards (following escalation process)
Capable of ensuring line clearance completion and accuracy
Skilled in ensuring 15 Minute Checks are complete and accurate by Operators
Ability to perform 1 hour checks for appearance, gauging, and correct label/quantity
Proficient in communicating and escalating all non-conformities
Ability to ensure hold parts are delivered to the Quality Hold Area
Skilled in ensuring cartons of product are placed on correct pallet
Supports implementation of Continuous Improvement Projects
Ability to complete shift reports and other documentation timely
Strong communication skills with off-going and on-coming shifts to understand job order status
Drives daily communication between shifts for 5S checklist, job status, and quality issues

Supporting and coordinating day-to-day management of operators and relief operators
Ensuring safe work practices
Ensuring quality products
Controlling inventory within assigned area
Driving the output and activities of the assigned cells and work areas, plus other priorities set by the Injection Molding Supervisor
Carton palletizing
Cleaning assignments
Breaking co-workers (relief/breaks)
Training
Replenishing materials needed such as boxes
Reports directly to and receives directions from the Injection Molding Assistant Supervisor
Safely and efficiently perform top-quality operational duties daily
