Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to perform duties of A, B, and C Operators
Physical ability to stand and walk regularly
Frequent use of hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear
Occasional sitting
Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds
Specific vision abilities: close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
Ability to work in environment exposed to wet and/or humid conditions (inferred from work environment)

Responsibilities

Oversee output, specifications, and overall quality
Work with operators and provide aid in packaging and housekeeping
Assume Supervisor role in absence of regular Supervisor
Comply with all Company policies and procedures
Gauge when the line is hot and ready to start
Make heat adjustments on extruder for quality pipe
Maintain INK JET printers and select correct print
Give breaks to line operators in area of responsibility
Responsible for Production Pre-Start Checklist and start up a line from start to finish in a timely manner with quality product
Keep all tooling put up in correct place
Set a premier example for safe work habits, attitude, and company goals
Select proper silo and material for product
Support all company policies, goals, and objectives
Perform other duties as instructed by the Supervisor or as required
