Requirements

  • Self-driven individual with passion for consumer, sport, streetwear and fashion

  • Understanding of Jordan consumer and marketplace landscape
  • Solid retail and merchandising acumen and analytical skills

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • 5+ years of experience in Footwear, Apparel, Equipment, or relevant consumer product merchandising, product creation and/or retail in a vertical, multi-brand or digital environment
  • Strong command of common retail and/or digital metrics such as sell-through, margin, full price realization, inventory, weeks of supply, etc
  • Understanding and intuition for consumer insights and trends with the ability to translate into clear strategies, product briefs and action plans
  • Strong product line management expertise and ability to build, lead and drive long-term product line plan strategy and assortment creation
  • Proven ability to translate consumer, sales, trend, and marketplace insights into in-season and long-term assortment strategies
  • Experience preparing seasonal tools to equip marketplace partners with understanding of seasonal priorities
  • Experience developing strong working relationships with teammates and cross-functional partners locally and internationally
  • Attention to detail, understanding the importance of consistency and process

Responsibilities

  • Drive consumer product offering (product line plan) for the full scope of Jordan Brand in LATAM end-to-end (from insights to adoption)
  • Focus on multi-season management for sustainable growth
  • Understand LATAM Jordan consumer and business
  • Generate insights to inform Global and Geo partners about product opportunities and needs
  • Curate and build Jordan product line for the territory
  • Build consumer-centric assortment plans for the full marketplace, blending fact-based and intuitive inputs to create segmentation and differentiation and drive long-term sustainable growth
  • Drive and execute assortment strategy end-to-end - from line plan brief to bringing to life at retail across all channels of distribution
  • Gather consumer and marketplace insights and trends to inform future line plan, hyperlocal product opportunities, and in-season franchise management recommendations
  • Work directly with Geo merchandising counterparts and Territory cross-functional team to drive territory priorities, needs, opportunities and ensure Geo team is equipped with insights to fulfill territory plan and land the product strategy for LATAM
  • Partner with cross-functional team (SMD, Retail, etc.) as a devoted brand advocate
