Responsibilities

  • Communicate storylines, partnering with Cross-Functional teams to contextualize business reporting, enabling faster cross-functional execution of business priorities
  • Support Strategic Planning efforts including CSR/AOP inputs, marketplace capacity planning, and new distribution mapping
  • Partner with the Geo Jordan Marketplace Planning teams to aggregate insights and storytelling around key business results, aligning Geo-Global teams on future plans & forecasts
  • Translate consumer trends, traffic shifts, and MPU productivity into guidance for long-range demand signals to Sport and Marketplace teams
  • Lead Integrated Business Reviews and Performance Management Reporting across Bookings, Futures, 6-Season Rolling Forecast, and POS performance
  • Manage risk and opportunity across top franchises, informed by Partner forecasts, and create actionable insights to inform Assortment Intent
  • Evolve and manage pre-season, in-season, and post-seasonal Global EBP processes in-tandem with Geo counterparts to sustain success from visibility from Account to Geo grain
  • Own programming cadence and facilitate weekly IBR forums to obsess performance, drive transparency and action
  • Manage KPI performance, internal Planning processes, and drive Marketplace strategy across Geographies & Sport
