Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and market research
  • Experience with pricing software and tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced functions)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions under pressure
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of competitive landscape and market dynamics within the relevant industry
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus on pricing decisions
  • Office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week in the posted location(s); no relocation offered

Responsibilities

  • Pricing Strategy Consulting: design pricing constructs for new products, features, and strategic initiatives to optimize revenue and profitability
  • Business Case Development: Own the creation and evaluation of pricing business cases for new products, features, and strategic growth initiatives
  • Competitive & Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to benchmark pricing models, assess market dynamics, customer behavior, and cost structures to inform pricing decisions
  • Executive Communication: Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and influence decision-making through clear, data-driven storytelling
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, finance, execution, and marketing teams to gather inputs and align on business objectives
  • Pricing Governance: partner with finance and analytics teams to maintain data accuracy and support pricing governance
