Requirements

Degree in science or similar
Minimum 5 years’ experience working with labelling/RA/QA in a regulated industry
Minimum 3 years of Managerial experience from leading international / global teams
Proven success within project management / program management capabilities
Experience with LAMS (Labeling Artwork Management System)
Experience with translation coordination
Experience with operations or process improvements
High-level of proficiency in English, writing and speech
MS Office tools experience
Ability to travel – expected 20 days travel/year to Europe

Responsibilities

Lead and define a new labeling team of up to 8 employees in Bangalore
Drive the labeling creation in Radiometer within labels
Coordinate labeling and software translation with external vendors
Provide labeling system support and standard work
Secure strong relations to Global Labeling team in Denmark (technical writers) and Poland (labeling assessment, coordination and implementation team), including solid line to hosted translation coordinators in Bangalore and Team Manager in Denmark
Set direction for labeling handling and processes in Bangalore Labeling team with Global impact
Ensure compliance with global requirements for labeling (IVDR/MDR/UDI/FDA/CFDA etc.)
Ensure effective execution of label changes and label creation
Support timely handling and coordination of labeling translation
Handle labeling system development
Deploy clear prioritization and structured in-take of new labeling tasks
Drive continuous process optimization and ensure standard work, aligned with global labeling team
