Requirements

Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
7+ years of experience in application development using AWS & Java based frameworks
Experience in developing and leading teams building solutions with AWS cloud technologies
Strong Core Java skills including Multithreading, Data Structures
Strong hands-on experience in enabling a CI/CD pipeline, Terraform, Docker etc
Command of essential technologies: SpringBoot Microservices, Versioning tools like Git, Gitlab, CICD pipeline
Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Test-driven development
Good to have: Knowledge of Python programming language
Good to have: Knowledge of any Relational or NoSQL database
Preference for AWS Certified professionals
Ability to guide other team members technically
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Open minded, flexible, and willing to adapt to changing situations
Experience working collaboratively with geographically distributed teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Interpret, develop and ensure security, stability, and scalability within functions of technology with moderate complexity
Identify, manage and mitigate technology and enterprise risk
Work independently and guide team members in any technical implementation or architectural challenges
Function as the technical representative for the product during cross-team collaborative efforts and planning
Develop high-quality design to support key business needs
Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in Agile software development environment
Champion best practices and serve as a subject matter authority
Produce system design documents and lead technical walkthroughs
