Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • At least four, typically six or more years of technical experience in the security aspects of multiple platforms, operating systems, software, communications and network protocols (or equivalent combination of education and work experience)
  • Experience in technology risk or control functions, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • May act as Project Leader
  • Provide leadership and direction to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within Technology Risk and Control function
  • Plan and oversee daily tasks and long-term projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Develop and deliver high quality presentation decks that clearly articulate strategies, project updates, and recommendations for Technology stakeholders
  • Drive process improvements for Technology Risk and Controls and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
  • Support preparation for management meetings by compiling data, drafting talking points, and creating briefing materials
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base for Technology Risk and Control
