Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in Commercial Analytics, Sales Intelligence, or a similar analytically oriented environment
  • Analytical mindset with a good feel for systems, data, and metrics, using them for continuous improvement
  • Ability to understand both business goals and technical requirements, and mediate between them
  • Proactive approach to stakeholders with enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration, e.g., in steering data-driven projects

Responsibilities

  • Identify areas of action and recommendations for the Lead Management and Data Quality EMEA Team, including Lead Scoring, Lead Effectiveness, or Conversion Optimization
  • Responsible for the rollout of "Next Best Action" in UK and Ireland and establish global standards around Sales Activation
  • Develop structured solution approaches, define success metrics, and analyze performance data related to Lead Management and Sales Activation
  • Work closely with Sales, Tech, and Analytics teams, acting as Project Manager and central mediator
