Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering
  • 10+ years of IT experience with a strong background in healthcare and deploying digital solutions
  • Practical experience with HL7 hospital interfaces (e.g., ADT, ORU, ORM)
  • Healthcare IT experience, either as a vendor or hospital employee
  • API experience and HL7 Technical Certifications
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, good level of French

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discussions with customers, managing integration requirements and overcoming technical challenges
  • Provide product demonstrations to clients to drive project progress
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and development teams to resolve complex issues
  • Manage multiple interface projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Lead configuration efforts across our product portfolio, including third-party medical device connectivity and specialized application installations
  • Communicate technical requirements clearly to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain installation documentation and develop test plans for client use
  • Support presales activities by educating hospital IT teams on our product suite and managing implementation expectations
  • Act as a backup for remote software deployments and upgrades when needed
  • Explore and develop new revenue streams for HealthCast Solutions
