Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field; will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • 6+ years’ experience in media advertising with a focus on activation, experimentation and omni-channel tactics
  • Knowledgeable in ad technology – data backbones, clean rooms, measurement, CDP, digital product, etc
  • Ability to navigate matrix organizations and influence teams
  • Strong analytical skills & comfort with getting your “hands dirty” diving deep into the projects alongside Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, and Ad Tech professionals
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including building persuasive presentations to advocate for advancement in the media space
  • Proven track record of working highly-collaboratively and cross-functionally, including with various marketing subject areas, data and technical teams
  • Great teammate - positive mentality. Ability to rapidly learn new things
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Work across Paid Media and adjacent teams to ensure connecting strategies and tactics across Brand x Sport x Product with 365 & Always On x Consumer Moments across Owned ecosystem (Nike Direct x Retail)
  • Maximize the use of technology and data to steer and optimize multi-million dollar media programs
  • Partner heavily with Geo Sport Media teams, Geo Digital Marketing and Retail Marketing teams, local Territory Media teams, Global Media teams to drive connection and seamless journeys
  • Partner deeply with media agencies to develop and execute integrated media strategies and frameworks across APLA geographies
