Responsibilities

  • Own the Growth Roadmap – Define and prioritize initiatives across automation, demand generation, and GTM experimentation
  • Lead a Small Team – Manage and mentor a growth associate and contractors, driving output, quality, and velocity
  • Systematize and Automate the GTM Motion – Build scalable, AI-driven workflows that streamline prospecting, lead routing, and pipeline generation
  • Run Growth Experiments – Design, test, and iterate on acquisition and activation strategies to identify new scalable channels
  • Leverage Modern GTM + AI Stack – Expand and optimize workflows using tools like Clay, UnifyGTM, Outreach, Orum, and SFDC
  • Build Data-Driven Feedback Loops – Own reporting, analytics, and insights on GTM efficiency, conversion, and ROI
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with marketing, sales, and product to align initiatives and maximize pipeline impact
