Requirements

  • Proficiency in PDM (PLM system), Line Plan worksheets, and Line Architecture Tools for data entry, updates, and maintenance
  • Experience in building bottom-up seasonal line plans aligned with strategic business direction, macro trends, revenue/productivity metrics, and global customer needs
  • Capability to support Go-to-Market activities, meet calendar deliverables/deadlines, and participate in global waypoints
  • Partnership skills with Sales, Direct-to-Consumer, and Marketing teams, including attending pre-line/key-account meetings
  • Knowledge of US marketplace segmentation across Wholesale, DTC, and eCommerce channels, with commercial support expertise
  • Excellent communication skills as a liaison for product line details from conception to launch

Responsibilities

  • Drive the equipment category, create seasonal product strategies, develop seasonal line plans, and execute global Go-to-Market activities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute the aligned vision of the product line, meeting consumer needs and driving profitable growth
  • Manage seasonal assortment data, analyze market information, and maintain current/accurate go-to-market tools
  • Support creation and execution of mid- and long-term business strategies through research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Build bottom-up seasonal line plans for a portion of the business, incorporating growth drivers, macro trends, and alignment with brand vision
  • Ensure line plans meet/exceed revenue and productivity metrics while addressing global customer needs
  • Participate in and support global waypoints and Go-to-Market activities to meet all calendar deliverables and deadlines
  • Provide commercial support for the US marketplace, including marketplace segmentation and alignment in product/pricing architecture
  • Partner with Sales teams to create sell-in assets and represent product assortment in meetings
  • Ensure accuracy of assortment tools, product details, and cross-functional distribution; capture and communicate all changes timely
  • Enter, update, and maintain data in PDM, Line Plan worksheets, and Line Architecture Tools
  • Maintain accuracy of style and product line information in internal systems throughout the creation process
  • Participate in team meetings, staff meetings, and other meetings to ensure strong communication and alignment
