3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and sound judgment, with a track record of identifying root causes and driving effective solutions

Responsibilities

Prepare and issue accurate, timely invoices across all global regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and customer contract terms
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to align on billing requirements for multinational customers and complex agreements
Lead and oversee the global AR inbox by managing and responding to customer billing inquiries via email and Jira, ensuring clear and professional communication
Develop and deliver supplemental AR and billing reports that provide transparency into global invoicing and collections activity
Supervise and mentor the AR Specialist, providing guidance, training, and feedback to support their professional growth and ensure accuracy in AR operations
Drive collections efforts globally by following up with customers on overdue invoices, requesting remittance information, and escalating as needed
Review and validate financial data from internal partner teams to confirm accuracy of invoices and revenue recognition for global accounts
Support external and internal audit requests, ensuring timely provision of documentation and adherence to audit standards
Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline global AR operations and strengthen cash flow management
