Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgment, with a track record of identifying root causes and driving effective solutions

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue accurate, timely invoices across all global regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and customer contract terms
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to align on billing requirements for multinational customers and complex agreements
  • Lead and oversee the global AR inbox by managing and responding to customer billing inquiries via email and Jira, ensuring clear and professional communication
  • Develop and deliver supplemental AR and billing reports that provide transparency into global invoicing and collections activity
  • Supervise and mentor the AR Specialist, providing guidance, training, and feedback to support their professional growth and ensure accuracy in AR operations
  • Drive collections efforts globally by following up with customers on overdue invoices, requesting remittance information, and escalating as needed
  • Review and validate financial data from internal partner teams to confirm accuracy of invoices and revenue recognition for global accounts
  • Support external and internal audit requests, ensuring timely provision of documentation and adherence to audit standards
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline global AR operations and strengthen cash flow management
