Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training)
  • Minimum of 6 years directly relevant work experience (content production and/or postproduction preferred)
  • Wealth of production experience across various mediums, including (but not exclusive to) digital, out of home, broadcast, and physical experiences
  • Passion for creative production and commitment to staying up to date with current and future trends and innovations
  • Expertise across creative disciplines and interest in cultivating a broad network of external partners
  • Proven ability to prioritize work appropriately and meet assigned deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills (including attention to detail)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, results-driven, strong communicator, problem-solver, forward-thinker

Responsibilities

  • Lead an organized, efficient, and successful end-to-end production process, partnering cross-functionally within the brand
  • Work alongside a team of producers and production coordinators to up-level the team’s deep industry expertise by learning, inspiring, and sharing knowledge
  • Collaborate daily with a team of designers, producers, and communication experts
  • Partner with external creatives, commissioning and managing multiple creative partners (e.g., world-renowned agencies, up-and-coming artists and creators) to deliver premium and inspirational stories and experiences
  • Collaborate with counterparts across broader Marketing function to deliver creative in accordance with Brand Standards
  • Work end-to-end on projects, from brief receipt through final delivery
  • Lead projects inclusive of multiple workstreams end-to-end
  • Digest, edit, and circulate important information clearly and effectively to stakeholders across the business
  • Remain clear on priorities, empower team members, and get the best out of everyone as an expert collaborator
  • Share knowledge, advise others, proactively help team develop skills and creative output
  • Speak up to contribute to solutions when directions change or obstacles appear
