Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 6 months of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, preferably within the IT or agency sectors, and demonstrate strong written English proficiency at a B2+ level. They must also possess an understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and the lead qualification process, along with experience utilizing CRM systems such as Hubspot or Pipedrive. Furthermore, experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools is required, and familiarity with lead generation automation tools like Lemlist, Instantly, or Waalaxy would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will research and identify potential leads using various online resources, analyze job postings to pinpoint companies actively hiring design talent, craft and send personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn and email, manage follow-ups and qualify leads based on the established ICP, and schedule introductory calls for Business Development Managers. You will also contribute to the overall growth of Eleken by proactively identifying and engaging with prospective clients.
