Description: Mozilla Corporation is a non-profit-backed technology company shaping the internet for the better. Mozilla Finance is responsible for strategic prioritization and day-to-day financial operations as Mozilla scales its mission impact. We are seeking a Strategic Financial Revenue Specialist to lead our revenue forecasting and modeling function, overseeing key deliverables to senior leadership, cross-functional business partnerships, special projects, process improvement, financial reporting, and assisting with implementing business intelligence tools. The ideal candidate will develop creative solutions to complex problems, deliver work compellingly, and balance strategic thinking with meticulous detail.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership of revenue forecasts and planning processes for Mozilla, including process management, communication, and reporting.
  • Strong partnership collaboration with DRIs, cross-functional teams, FP&A and analytics teams to ensure timely and accurate revenue and contribution margin reporting, as well as forecasts and plans (annual and LRP).
  • Build and maintain a library of financial models used to evaluate the impact of investment opportunities, inclusive of market sizing.
  • Expand financial modeling capabilities to increase the efficiency and accuracy of FP&A's forecast and guide our strategic decision-making on key revenue/margin driver outputs.
  • Influence revenue and operational performance measurements such as Churn, LTV, CAC return on investment, EBITDA, etc., along with enterprise standards.
