MBA or advanced degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
5+ years of related experience

Responsibilities

Consolidate and analyze monthly financial results, forecasts, and budgets—including incurred and allocated results, budget variances, and key business drivers
Develop insightful executive presentations, providing monthly readouts and variance explanations to Finance and TSC leadership
Build and strengthen connections between operational metrics and financial performance, surfacing trends and actionable insights to support decision-making
Partner closely with the Finance Consolidations team to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and forecasting
Identify and implement opportunities to improve and automate monthly close, planning, and forecasting processes
Perform complex data modeling and advanced financial analysis to support strategic and transformation initiatives
