The annual base salary ranges from $102,800.00 in the lowest geographic market to $210,000.00 in the highest geographic market, varying based on location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
The role will be based in Chicago.
Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years in Sports Marketing or Brand Marketing, deep baseball knowledge across Professional, NCAA, and Grassroots levels, relationship-building skills, portfolio management, critical thinking, and negotiation abilities.
You will report to the Senior Manager of Nike Diamond Sports Marketing, work with the Pro Baseball Sports Marketing team, and partner closely with Baseball Brand, Product Innovation, Marketplace, and Product Merchandising teams, plus external athletes, agents, and team personnel.
A strong candidate has deep baseball passion and knowledge, proven relationship-building with athletes and partners, strategic thinking, collaboration skills, and the ability to drive business objectives in a dynamic environment; preferred traits include Nike experience, established networks, Spanish fluency, and talent evaluation skills.
