Requirements

Candidates should have a proven track record of technical leadership in enabling teams to move faster and deliver higher quality through developer tooling and infrastructure improvements. Experience with architecting scalable pipelines, low-latency infrastructure, and testing platforms, preferably using AWS services, is required. The role also involves identifying and eliminating development friction points, optimizing workflows, creating self-service tools, implementing metrics for team velocity and code quality, and mentoring engineers on AI best practices and tooling.
