Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage the lifecycle of a product by leading multidisciplinary teams and providing vision on what is to be built, domain knowledge, and direction in alignment with Cat’s goals
  • Take ownership for the success and quality of your product
  • Manage complex initiatives with high value to the organization, including prioritization, roadmap definition, and elaboration of epics and features
  • Represent the customer, interfacing and engaging directly with customers to develop deep understanding of their processes (triggers, steps, roles, outcomes)
  • Help frame and plan new opportunities - articulating the problem or opportunity to be addressed, the impact, and assumptions and risks to be considered/mitigated
  • Build tight collaboration and understanding of stakeholder needs and business goals – at times facilitating solutioning and brainstorming activities to transform broad ideas and concepts into clear goal alignment and desired customer requirements/experiences
  • Lead definition of major experience elements - covering the logic, structure, skeleton, and relationships of how an experience should come together
  • Responsible for critical B2B eCommerce capabilities such as the Parts Catalog, Order and Invoice transaction types, including the Punchout Experience – Part Identification, Shopping Cart and Checkout
  • Work closely with business partners and the global dealer network to drive a frictionless shopping experience by understanding customers’ needs and workflow, including voice of customer and performance analytics, as well as business objectives
  • Lead initiatives to translate customer needs into compelling experiences to shape the agenda for the Product Team with the direct goal of increasing channel sales and customer adoption
