Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a combination of technology strategy, management consulting, product/engineering operations, or similar roles
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare, particularly payers, providers, digital health
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments while influencing without direct authority
  • Strong understanding of product-oriented operating models and lifecycles
  • Fluency in modern engineering principles (understanding of how teams build and deploy software today; no coding required)
  • Exceptional communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • "Core Consulting" skillsets
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a growth mindset focused on agility and development
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Chief Digital & Technology Officer, iterating on strategic technology agenda and execution
  • Partner with technology and product leaders to define and drive strategic initiatives, OKRs, and long-term technology roadmaps aligned with business goals
  • Support the evolution of the technology operating model, driving modernization and transformation across product & engineering
  • Act as connective tissue across technology and business organizations, driving alignment and clarity across dynamic priorities
  • Bring deep understanding of healthcare and technology to influence technology investment decisions and tradeoffs
  • Partner cross-functionally to support the financial management and discipline of the organization
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to inform technology strategy, resourcing, and process improvements
