Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end operations of Nike India’s Digital Commerce Store, ensuring optimal inventory, site performance, and platform reliability
  • Manage vendor partnerships to execute seasonal brand and merchandising strategies
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for site experience and fulfillment, driving cross-functional improvements
  • Coordinate seasonal marketing campaigns and product launches with marketplace partners
  • Lead in-season strategies and execution informed by real-time business insights
  • Champion process and technical innovation to elevate digital commerce capabilities
  • Define and deliver a roadmap of feature enhancements in collaboration with internal and external teams
  • Inspire and guide cross-functional teams, setting clear objectives and fostering capability development
  • Provide technology leadership to solve operational challenges and fuel long-term growth
