Requirements

Proven experience in UX/UI design for websites and ecommerce platforms
Deep understanding of ecommerce user flows, conversion principles, and checkout optimization
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe
Experience in building and maintaining scalable design systems in Figma
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web standards
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (OpenAI, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly etc.) to accelerate concepting and creative exploration
Familiarity with motion design (plus)
Understanding of front-end (HTML/CSS) (plus)
Strong internal customer focus with desire to learn all aspects of the business
High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
