Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop strategies for existing platforms and anticipate growth in emerging platforms such as AR/VR, conversational AI, post-app platforms, and off-domain environments (e.g., Reddit, Discord, Quora), prioritizing initiatives that simplify customer lives and connections
  • Maintain strong understanding of evolving development, MarTech, AdTech, and content management tools; influence development roadmaps for personalization, automation, and cross-platform data integration
  • Partner with analytics teams on test-and-learn pilots for new technologies, platforms, and ecosystems; translate performance into actionable insights and scale winning ideas across digital channels
  • Build digital growth plans rooted in cultural relevance, influencer engagement, and deep audience understanding, especially for Gen Z and younger millennial audiences
  • Act as the central point for teams including development, program management, product management, design, and UX; collaborate across business units to incubate new ideas and connect platform innovation to broader business goals
