Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, along with 5+ years of product management or owner experience within a technical domain. Furthermore, candidates should be familiar with progressive deployment automation strategies, have a solid grasp of DORA metrics, and demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly and set outcome-oriented goals.

Responsibilities

As a Lead DevOps Product Manager, the individual will drive the vision and strategy for the DevOps platform(s), ensuring software engineers can deliver high-quality solutions. They will work across organizational boundaries, engaging with stakeholders, manage product roadmaps and prioritize feature development, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery. Additionally, they will communicate complex ideas to senior leadership and monitor the impact of DORA metrics on successful DevOps outcomes.
