Responsibilities
As a Lead Developer, you will be the technical core of our development team, taking responsibility for the architecture and development of our software and guiding the team to a higher level. You will manage the Scrum process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, determining the technical roadmap in collaboration with product owners and monitoring the implementation of best practices. You will coordinate and support the team in solving technical issues, monitor and improve quality assurance and CI/CD processes.
