Requirements

  • 8+ years of digital marketing experience within an agency, platform, or brand environment, or transferable skills
  • Strong preference for social media and mobile experience
  • Experience creating creative proposals to advertisers and brands based on mockups
  • Ability to create mockups (must)
  • Ability to draw (strong plus)
  • Ability to respect the opinions of the sales team while showcasing own creativity
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong in ideation and execution

Responsibilities

  • Edit and modify assets provided by advertisers and brands for BeReal
  • Provide consultation and create mockups for creatives to be distributed on BeReal, considering the business challenges of advertisers and brands (KPI: Revenue from advertisers who received creative mockups)
  • Develop data-driven and creative-driven solutions by analyzing campaign results (KPI: Number of best practice decks created)
  • Work with the Japanese sales team to create best practices for influencer campaigns
  • Conduct workshops and webinars for advertisers, agencies, and partners (KPI: Number of creative seminars held)
