Requirements

Candidates must possess 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, with a strong understanding of SaaS solutions and customer relationship management. They should also demonstrate experience leading IT Operations for Veeva’s R&D SaaS solutions, functioning as a primary customer liaison, and managing communication between implementation teams, customer stakeholders, and third parties. Furthermore, candidates are expected to have experience overseeing customer release management programs, including resource planning, release tracking, and forecasting, as well as analyzing customer requirements and new product features to develop customer adoption and enhancement roadmaps.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Consultant, the individual will function as a Primary customer liaison, managing communication between implementation teams, customer stakeholders, and third parties, oversee customer release management programs, including resource planning, release tracking, and forecasting, analyse customer requirements and new product features to develop customer adoption and enhancement roadmaps, guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs focused on the holistic success and continuous improvement for the customer, and lead IT Operations at customer sites for Veeva’s R&D SaaS solutions.
