Responsibilities

Serve as the most senior superintendent on assigned projects with multiple superintendents, leading and coordinating all superintendence activities
Provide mentorship to construction superintendents (CS1-CS3) and facilitate training
Stand in for other superintendents (including Restoration, Construction, and Roofing) to cover short-term absences
Assume sole CS responsibility for highly complex, critical, or high-profile projects
Manage and maintain daily project schedules, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and client expectations
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders
Mobilize to project sites and establish site logistics and operational setup
Conduct scope and schedule reviews with property management teams
Coordinate client-approved work schedules, site access logistics, subcontractor parking, and material storage
Implement daily check-in/check-out protocols with on-site property management
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship and minimal rework
Manage and direct subcontractors
Enforce job site regulations, including crew dress code, conduct, and safety compliance
Conduct regular quality inspections and corrective walkthroughs to mitigate punch-list issues
Coordinate pre-punch inspections
