Basic computer skills and prior POS experience strongly preferred
Strong sense of customer service & safety awareness
Able to remain patient, calm and composed in a fast paced, high volume demanding environment
Must be able to stand and/or sit in one spot for long hours while performing repetitive motions
Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Operate a point of sale (POS) system while ensuring accurate accounting of all transactions
Deliver exceptional service to our guests
Assist with front of the house operations
Daily close out
Refill all grab-and-go stocks (in refrigerator and on shelves)
Ensure backup hot beverages are being made for containers at half or lower levels
Assist with monthly inventory
Restock grocery shelves as needed
Assist with sanitation duties, including but not limited to cleaning bathroom daily, sweeping/shoveling walkways, sweeping/mopping floors, organizing coolers, cleaning shelves/glass coolers/cabinets
Work in other F&B Outlets as needed
Able to open and close the store on their own
