Requirements

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Possesses bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience applicable to corporate cabin attending (preferred)
  • Possesses 7 years of work experience as a corporate cabin attendant (preferred)
  • Possesses 2 years of work experience in aviation management, training, safety or aviation standards programs (preferred)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and extended periods away from home
  • Complies with Visa Inc. COVID-19 corporate policy
  • Maintains appropriate inoculations for worldwide travel
  • 8-10 years of experience as CFR 91/135/121 cabin crew (preferred)
  • Previous experience in Visa Aviation operated aircraft (preferred)
  • Possesses extensive knowledge and training in aircraft safety procedures (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Meets the requirements and acts as a Cabin Attendant on assigned flights
  • Supervises Cabin Attendants
  • Operates in a safe and efficient manner while in compliance with all Visa guidelines and policy, manufacturers’ limitations and manuals, governmental rules and regulations, and any other requirements of agencies having jurisdiction over the flight
  • Ensures highest levels of safety and service are achieved relating to passenger and cabin safety, medical requirements, food safety and special requests
  • Develops and ensures compliance with policies and SOPs for Cabin Attendants
  • Monitors cabin and catering expenses for fiscal responsibility
  • Ensures establishment and maintenance of a confidential crew and passenger profile for catering and pre-existing medical conditions
  • Ensures coordination, development and timely execution of cabin crew training to include, but not limited to, cabin safety equipment and service
  • Ensures that all training requirements for full-time and contract Cabin Attendants have been completed in accordance with the FOM, in collaboration with the Training Captain
  • Surveys industry sources for any potential 'best in class' processes or procedures that might benefit Visa Aviation Flight Operations
  • Responsible for vetting and maintaining vendor supplier relationships
  • Assists the Assistant Chief Pilot on the selection and staffing of new hires for all full-time and contract Cabin Attendants
  • Assists Dispatch with the scheduling of full-time and contract Cabin Attendants
  • Drives continuous improvement activities to exceed customer expectations and help promote a professional organization
  • Ability to handle work-related stress, ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Assumes any duties delegated by the Assistant Chief Pilot and/or PIC
