Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional partners to manage and enable the meetings and events portfolio for the Stores organization
  • Create and deliver plans that help HQ leaders, field leaders, and key partners translate Stores strategy from vision to execution
  • Curate meaningful moments that connect teams, celebrate progress, and drive clarity of purpose
  • Partner closely with senior leaders to inform, prepare, and support meeting content, structure, and communication needs, ensuring reinforcement of strategy and engagement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Store Operations with enterprise partners (e.g., Corporate Communications, Experiential Marketing, Stores Communications) to ensure cohesive planning, consistent messaging, and execution excellence
  • Collaborate with executive admins, field partners, and cross-functional contributors to coordinate communication, timing, logistics, and responsibilities
  • Shape and deliver key Stores events such as Stores Spring Meeting (SSM) and Target Together (TT), including early strategy development and detailed timing and action plans
