Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as finance, economics, statistics, or math, with a proven academic track record. They must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a quantitative or analytics-driven environment and a solid understanding of statistical techniques. Strong scripting knowledge with SQL and Python (or PySpark) and experience extracting large datasets and designing ETL flows are required, along with hands-on experience working with Airflow and data visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, or Looker. Familiarity with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift is also necessary.
The Lead, Business Intelligence will design and implement automated, scalable reporting infrastructure and analytics solutions, as well as design and build data pipelines and dashboards while collaborating with other analysts. They will continuously monitor and report on business metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders. The role involves initiating and executing projects from planning to completion, performing deep-dive analysis to understand trends and anomalies, and independently managing relationships with internal stakeholders across various teams. Furthermore, the Lead will partner closely with Inventory & Data Partnerships, Product Solutions, and other teams to provide data analysis and strategic recommendations.
